About
Welcome from the Head of School
Thank you for your interest in The Charleston Christian School, a K5-8 Christian school that exists to teach knowledge, wisdom, and values from a Christian perspective. I'm thrilled to lead a team of talented, dedicated educators who view teaching as their personal calling.
When graduates leave our halls, they are prepared to excel in high school, but that's not the end goal.
Here at CCS, we believe learning is a life-long pursuit. We foster curiosity about the world and help students find their place in it. As students embark on their quest to discover their identity and calling, CCS teachers partner with parents and come alongside students.
The personal relationships cultivated here provide an opportunity for teachers to encourage students to grow in knowledge, in wisdom, and in their faith. We shepherd hearts. We sharpen minds. We prepare students for a journey that extends beyond high school.
