Our Admissions Process
 

Step 1: Tour the Campus

Our Director of Admissions will guide you on a tour, where you'll see our learning environment and meet our Head of School, Ms. Chandler. You'll receive an application folder with details about tuition, fees, uniforms, school supplies, our calendar, and more! We'll also be available to answer any questions you have. Schedule a tour here. Call or email if those times do not work. 

Step 2: Submit the Following:

  • CCS Online Application 
  • Pastor’s letter of recommendation for the family teacher recommendations for the student 
  • Teacher recommendation via email form directly to the teacher
  • Non-refundable $125 application fee (last step on the online application) 
     

Step 3: Schedule an Interview/Shadow The School

Our office will contact you to set up a parent interview. Students entering grades 6-8 will also attend. After touring, students in grades 5-8 should schedule a shadow day. Applications for 8th grade are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Step 4: Sign Up For Testing

We require testing for all incoming students. Our office will contact you to schedule a time for your child's test, which is especially important for incoming kindergarten students. Testing can take place on shadow days for our upper elementary and middle school grades. 

Step 5: Enroll

Once accepted, complete the enrollment process and join the Charleston Christian School family!
